I guess you.  Congress ordered the Just department to hand over the Hur tapes of the Biden interview.  They refused. Hence, Contempt. The transcripts are damning.  We know what was said.  The audio must make Biden worse and support's Hur's conclusion that Biden is mentally incapacitated enough that the Jury would be sypathetic.

I didn't know I was making that case.  I was making the case that the audio tapes of a transcript that has already been released must be pretty damning.  And supports Hur's conclusion that Biden is not mentally fit for trial and the jury would be sympathetic.
