 Elliot S. Berke, an attorney for Thomas, said in a statement: “The information that Harlan Crow provided to the Senate Judiciary Committee fell under the ‘personal hospitality exemption’ and was not required to be disclosed by Justice Thomas.”

 Thomas has complied with new disclosure requirements, Berke said.The disclosures come after Thomas revealed this month that he failed to report two 2019 trips to California and Indonesia that were also paid for by Crow. Thomas did not immediately respond to a request for comment Thursday.report.

When the SCOTUS justice of the People isn't ridin' free in his free $250,000 RV

If you could post the cases that Thomas ruled on that involved this benefactor I would be much obliged and would condemn him for it.

It's hilarious the dimocrat Senate is attacking SCOTUS demanding some ethics clause when one of their own is currently on trial for treason and the rest are all guilty of insider trading, campaign finance law violations, multi-million dollar sexual harassment settlement and multiple ethics violations themselves
