Yes... the property mentioned in the piece is a new "multi use" space with residential, restaurant, and retail spaces... the retail being primary small specialty shops and a grocery store.

That is NOT what your OP was talking about.

It's a niche for the more affluent crowd, and doesn't reflect the reality (there is that word again) of the current situation of the economic situation in this Country.

And no, Joe Biden didn't "make that happen" either... no matter how bad you want it to be.
