Either you PROVE your STATEMENT that a Judge is the law in Court, or SHUT THE **** UP!!

In courtrooms, judges are dictators, and their whims are chiseled in stone.
in this case specifically, you were correct in that the jury determines whether the charged is guilty or not and at that point, if found guilty, the judge metes out punishment at their discretion with sentencing guidelines as their basis....
