As a matter of fact, in spite of a well coordinated campaign to lie to you about the statistics, the INVASION AT THE BORDER! is coincident with a precipitous DECLINE in crime rates.

When will liberal idiots like you acknowledge the fact that the number of people REPORTING CRIMES has dropped precipitously in the last few years because Americans no longer have faith in the justice system as they see liberal prosecutors releasing criminals with no bail required for repeat offenders, downgrading felony charges to misdemeanors, seeing our leaders like Kamala herself bailing other rioters out of jail, and watching police do nothing while groups like Antifa and BLM burn down, rob, and vandalize their neighborhoods.  Then they watch as Trump supporters and Trump himself be charged with **** crimes for political reasons while refusing to prosecute those connected to Biden and other high-ranking liberals while hiding and discrediting valid evidence or keeping it hidden as they did with the Hunter laptop.

Unfortunately, their discussion ignores that the murder rate was still 7% above where it was in 2019.The news media often focuses on the initial murder rate data, though the ABC News article and others looked at the FBI’s 2022 violent crime data, which points out that violent crime reported to police declined in 2022. 
To get another idea of what these numbers mean, in 2022, with 41.5% of violent crimes reported to the police and only 35.2% of those resulting in an arrest, that implies that only 14.6% of violent crimes result in an arrest.   If you take the 20.3% of reported violent crimes in large cities resulting in an arrest, that implies that only 8.4% of all violent crimes resulted in an arrest. For property crimes, the numbers are even worse. With 31.8% of property crimes reported to police and only 11.9% of those reported crimes resulting in an arrest, that means that only 3.8% of all property crimes result in an arrest. For large cities with over a million people, only 1.4% of all property crimes result in an arrest.

Get it through your thick liberal head that the reality is EXACTLY what people believe; that it's no longer worth the risk and the effort to report a crime and have to deal with the two-tier justice system employed by Biden DOJ and FBI.

And getting people to STOP reporting crime has the desired effect that Democrats want, which is to be able to claim there's been a drop in crime when the truth is the exact opposite!

Hispanic US Citizens have always been twice as likely as Whites to commit violent crime.
