Native born engineers want competitive compensation. Historically, foreign graduates have put downward pressure on wages. This is why not enough US kids go into STEM.

I don't recall ever voting for it.  But, if it can be on the USSC Building as a historical reference I don't see why it can't be on a school.

What is driving down the wages is the H-1B visa where they go after engineers and such in foreign countries.  If you give foreign born green cards or citizenship that means they live here.  Meaning they will be going for the citizen rate IMO.

Actually, the facts are, there is no evidence that wages of US citizens are "driven down" by foreign workers. Unless you can provide evidence of that, you are just bloviating some talking point hat isn't based on any facts. Studies have proven just the opposite that US citizens wages actually rise and foreign workers actually fall. Believe it or not, one study is here....
