Actually I respectfully disagree. Without question many of the greatest European leaders were female. Elizabeth 1, Victoria, Isabella, Maria Theresa,  Joan d'arc, etc.

I didn't say that we couldn't find examples to the contrary. Overall, in general terms, they just aren't fit to lead society. We are made differently. They have more  innate nurturing characteristics, which is fit for child rearing and anything to do with providing an emotionally healthy environment for kids. No man or woman would feel comfortable dropping off their 2 month old baby to a day care full of male employees. They are simply not designed to lead a society. They are designed to lead other noble causes.
