The problem with the Republican Party started in 2016, with the nomination and eventual election of the sociopath, Donald Trump.  It did not have to be this way.  The Republican Party had an embarrassment of riches in the 2016 primary campaign.  The Republicans could have chosen one of several candidates for President (Ted Cruz, Scott Walker, Rand Paul come to mind) who are TRUE conservatives who would have accomplished EVERYTHING Trump did and MORE, without resorting to lies and without being sociopaths.

Who else but Trump could have LOST the 2020 election to Joe Biden?

Let's hope Trump bows out and is replaced by a TRUE CONSERVATIVE who does not suffer, as he does, from willful prevarication, narcissism and sociopathy.

So what's your remaining option?  Waste your vote on a 3rd party candidate with no hope of winning whatsoever or select which of the two actual choices you have would be better for the country?  Or is it your decision to stay home on election day as some kind of a "protest" vote?

You didn't ask for advice, but you're going to get it anyway.
One, examine for yourself the distinction between what you call lies made by Trump compared to those made by Biden.  What you'll inevitably find are that the vast majority of "lies" that the left claims Trump made are mere exaggerations, like the fact that he claimed Biden has sent $200 billion to Ukraine when the actual total may only be around $140 billion.  While Biden makes the kinds of lies that are far more egregious, such as "the border is secure", or "inflation was 9% when I took office" when it was actually 1.4%.  See the difference?  THAT DIFFERENCE MATTERS!
And as far as Trump being a narcissist, it's my contention that a person stating his glowing accomplishments is not bragging, and he's entitled to express his many successes to his advantage when in the competition for the job he's seeking.  And finally, Trump is NOT a sociopath.  He's a warm and outwardly generous person who has great empathy for others, and I've seen him express that kindness to my parents and others personally on several occasions, long before he ever entered politics.  You've foolishly chosen to swallow the lies of the left who have categorized him on the same level as Hitler, rather than using your own judgment and learning the truth and examining the logic.  Would someone in his position give up the presidential salary he's entitled to?  Would such a businessman who owns hotels and golf courses all around the country object to Biden's open borders when it would benefit his businesses greatly by having the lower wages they could be paid?

You may yearn for the ability to make the popular claim that "all politicians are liars, scumbags, etc.", and that proclamation fall right into the hands of exactly what liberals desire when comparing Trump to Biden.  And you do so simply because it's easier than taking a stand to defend a person who is clearly far better suited for the job than the other candidate.

Here's hoping you'll reach a far more intelligent outlook by Election day.
