Chevron's end changes NOTHING regarding legislation. It ONLY tells the COURTS that they can ONLY RELY on the LEGISLATION to determine a laws application and meaning, NOT BUREAUCRATS WHO ANSWER TO NO ONE!!

And that has NOTHING TO DO with making "official duties" of the President something that CONGRESS CAN'T RESTRICT OR DEFINE UNDER THE CONSTITUTION!!!

A President can't order the military to ASSASSINATE AN AMERICAN CITIZEN EXCEPT UNDER VERY SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES YOU **** MORON!! And that REQUIRES legislation BY CONGRESS to do so.
