My guess is he'll wait till after the convention confirms who he'll be up against. And if Biden remains the nominee, then Trump should be the one to issue the terms, especially if Biden's approval polls sink even lower!
Wouldn't it be great to see it on Fox or Newsmax, with Hannity and Tucker moderating?
Don't stand too close to BV or MM, because their heads might implode!
