Howdy Vegas...happy 4th..!
I enlisted 50 years ago.at age 18.
This is when I took the all day long battery of tests that measure IQ every which way possible.
IIRC...there are 5 or 6 individual scores listed on my record [DD214]...plus there is a combined score.
I'll take this opportunity to brag a little and say that my scores got me fast tracked into what was  cutting edge technology at the time.
The Army made me their very first  AN/TV2Q Laser Range Finder Tech.
I was already in the top 5% of the FADAC [fire direction control computer repair techs]  as well as at the very top of the heap of TIFF [tactical imagery interpretation facility] techs.
When it was time for me to go before the E5 Promotion Board I had to write my own MOS Test....there wasn't anyone qualified to rate my proficiency level at that point.
I wouldn't be surprised if the test I wrote for myself  became the test that was given to all comers from that point on.   
My security clearance opened doors for me after I got out of the Army that made it possible for me to make a nice living working on US naval ships and military installations all around the world.

Let's go with Biden's own words.  Start with the one's you lined out.

Now go with the fact he is somewhat functional only between the hours of 10 am to 4 pm.  

Go with the fact that he will not engage reporters unless he knows the questions and has a teleprompter.

If you won't vote for Trump, that necessarily means that you do not want him to be President again.

If that is the case, you need to hold your nose and vote for the Democrat.  

We both want a new pony, but we both know that option will not present itself until 2028.  I believe that Biden, flawed as he is, is still the better choice to get us to 2028 and the generational election that is bound to happen then.  Boomers will exit the stage - four years later than they should, and Gen-Xers and Millennials will belatedly take the helm.

And  I further believe that, if Joe does exit the race, any of the crop of potential replacements for him would be better than four more years of Trump chaos
