No, I'm not a lawyer and yes, it's now been confirmed that apparently I AM smarter than any justice who mistakenly voted in favor of Roe and that's been confirmed by the Dobbs decision.
So why don't you show me where the word 'abortion' can be found in the Constitution, and why is it that you want the 10th Amendment to continue to be ignored as the Roe decision did?
Hasn't the SC had other decisions of previous Supreme Courts changed over the years?
Ever hear of Brown v. the Board of Education?
How about Lawrence v. Texas?
United States v. Darby?
Gideon v. Wainwright?

The 10th Amendment states unequivocally that a STATE has the right to determine ANY AND ALL POWERS not delegated by the US Constitution.  So if you don't like the abortion laws in your state, MOVE!!!  The job of the Supreme Court is to INTERPRET the Constitution!  NOT to pull from their *** their own preferences about what they THINK the Constitution should cover! 
They ARE NOT LEGISLATORS!

If I were to tell you that, back in the 1960's Bill Russell, John Havelicek, Bob Cousy, KC Jones, and Tommy Heinsohn had all written chapters on a book detailing a plan to totally change the way the game of professional basketball was played, would you really NOT agree that Red Auerbach was behind it?

If you had cheated on your first wife with the woman you then married as your second wife, and then cheated on HER with the woman who would be your third wife, and then cheated on HER while she was pregnant with your son with a porn star... if you bragged about being able to grab women by their pussies, would you think it would be reasonable for folks to refer to you as an amoral skunk?  Yes or No.

You are also banking on the fact that ALL women are concerned with this or against the Dobbs decision.  Right now you have a inflation, border issues and at least 5 other issues that are way ahead of abortion.

Last month, in non economic issues, abortion was 6th on the list with only THREE PERCENT saying it is the most important issue:
