Exactly, Sarge.  I understand that it is a term of respect and once, you informed me of your paygrade, I referred to you accordingly.  You should consider reciprocating.

Trump owns the GOP.  ****.... last time, they didn't even bother to WRITE a platform at all... it was just a scrap of paper with a cartoon drawing of Trump with an arrow pointing to him saying "whatever  he sez".    

I love that talking point.  Last time was at the height of democrat covid fear.  Plus, they voted on keeping the 2016 platform.  Just out of curiosity could you post where a party is obligated to write a new platform every 4 years?  

Just provide the proof of Trump supporting Project 2025.  Until you do we have to go with CNN reporting on what he said about it.

Um, as one who has been involved as a troop with security during int sessions of congress I was surprised that they weren't shot when they scaled the walls considering that both the incoming and outgoing VPs were in the building as well as those in succession.

Parties have written new platforms every year for all my lifetime until 2020.

I am not going to play the game with you.  I posted articles that show that even staunch republicans are laughing at Trump attempting to distance himself. The whole thing was written by former members of his staff, and I wager that many of the authors are already on short lists for positions in the administration.

Up until the moment they laid hands on Mike Pence, they could always claim that they weren't serious.  That didn't stop them from trying, and Ashlii Babbitt died in the attempt.

Since they DIDN'T ever lay hands on him, DOJ knew that there was no way to convict anyone under that statute.
