Then give us the cite. Nothing in the Constitution addresses how long someone must live in a state or that the state be an "official residence". It simply says electors cannot vote for a President or Vice-president from the same state.

DOESN'T NEED TO BE IN THE CONSTITUTION. STATE ELECTORATE LAWS VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN REGARD TO A CANDIDATES' RESIDENCY
