Very interesting.  I agree and disagree.

The Catholic church is not a Hegemon.  It does not have true empire power and control.
The same for Britian.  Influence is NOT empire.  Influence does not make a Hegemon.
The British would have a lost a war with Ukraine in weeks. 
Their military equipment is old, they cant recruit.  Britain is week.  Banks dont change that.

Italy and Great Britian are tiny nymph flies in comparison to both Russia and China
industrial output and military power

The American empire is declining and desperate.  One reason why Biden terrorized Germany's pipeline/energy supply
so as to prompt German industry to relocate to Murica.  The West's industry is unable to compete with Russia in
weapons or ammo output.  Not sure they control the world as so many countries are fleeing to BRICS.

It seems the most apt condition of the world is as a NEW MULTI-POLAR WORLD.
