Alec Baldwin walks because the DA hid evidence.

We need more targeted DA assassination along with reporters, journalist, judges, city council members, School board members.

Gotta strike the fear of God in them to do their job right and not try to **** the public over and groom their children.

Jack Smith did the same thing. Guess it's time for Cannon to follow the lead of Baldwin's judge and dismiss the case against Trump, with prejudice.

I support Baldwin on this.

He's an actor that was handed a loaded gun.
Glad it's over for him.

The girl that loaded the gun and handed it to him is responsible, but so is Baldwin.
He pointed he gun at someone, and pulled the trigger.

First rule of handling a gun is never point a gun at something you don't want to shoot.

You're on a movie set and someone hands you a prop gun.
Reasonable people will assume it's not loaded with a live round

Example...
If the director of a movie tells an actor to drive a car as part of a scene and the actor starts driving and there's no brakes would you charge the actor if he drove into someone?
Id say no.

I simply don't think this was a good case to prosecute.

Doesn't matter if it's not supposed to be loaded.
Even when shooting a scene, actors aren't supposed to aim a gun at someone when they are pretending to shoot them.
Even a "blank" round can produce a fatal injury.

He wanted to kill. He did. What happened afterward is entirely expected.

Out of all the crimes committed by "celebrities", how many ever actually pay the price?
Quibbling about details and/or merits of the case is irrelevant.
Please seat yourself.

I can't or I would.

And Baldwin knew this. He was on record explaining that blanks can kill. He used his star power to behave unprofessionally.

But a dirty DA got caught with her dick in the baby sitter, and the case is tossed. As I understand it, she's been sentenced to stand in sewer water for the rest of her life and talk to retarded kids about perdition.

But you are unaware of the gun safety rules that exist on movie sets. They are quite stringent, and for good cause. They're playing with guns.

Baldwin was NOT unaware. He was maliciously negligent. But he's off on the charges, and it doesn't bother me. Locking him up doesn't bring anyone back - and he's gonna pay a bunch MORE money in law suits on top of what he has already paid.

He wasn't even charged correctly.
What he did was negligent homicide.
I wonder now that he was cleared of all wrong doing, will he continue to just grab whatever gun he is handed as a prop, aim it point blank at another person's face and squeeze the trigger without checking the load...?
HE SHOULD  STICK TO  HIS "STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE" SINCE IT WAS PROVEN IN COURT THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE WAY BALDWIN  HANDLES FIREARMS.

You're filming a movie with adults.
It's assumed it's not real.

If you're filming a war movie and someone hands you a hand grenade don't you assume it's not real?
They handed him a gun with a live round?

How about filming a car scene and the car has no brakes?

Still his fault?

Explain to us why on a movie set there's a live round in a gun that's going to be used in a shooting scene?

Because someone loaded it and once it was handed off no one checked to see if it was loaded. Only a **** idiot would do that. Clearly you are an idiot.

I don't see it that way

You're making a movie and they hand you a loaded gun?
It's a movie set
Real bullets should have never been in a gun given to the main actor or anyone ...

But that's what they did.
There's someone in jail for that negligence.

I gave an example if the director had you drive a car with no brakes
Would that be the actors fault too?

On top of this the movie is a western with gun violence?
And the hand you a loaded gun???

Instead of name calling why don't you address common sense reaction that an actor would assume a prop is safe?

A car chase with no brakes on the car?
A real hand grenade in a war movie?
How about an explosion scene and there's real dynamite?

All the actors fault?

I disagree
