If any actor was given a car to drive as part of a movie and there's NO brakes on the car and someone got killed would that be the actor's fault too?

I just know there's a woman that gave him a gun and it was reasonable to expect the gun had blanks in it.

Ten minutes later in the scene a gun battle was to happen.
Would he be charged if he shot the gun at the bad guy?

We watch movies all the time
We know there's FAKE gunfire and we expect it.
We know they use blanks.

Baldwin deserves the same consideration

I would never assume there's REAL bullets on a movie set.
I just think it's reasonable to assume there's blanks in the gun.

And the fact is that someone just inspected the gun helps.

I probably would assume there's blanks and the previous person did their job.
