A PROFESSIONAL SNIPER will miss shots. LOTS of them. WAY to many factors affect bullet flight.
1. Windage. The lighter the round, the more it affects the path. A single 3-4 mph puff can send a bullet WAY off course.
2. Temperature and humidity. Yes, those too, same effect.
3. Size of the powder charge.
4. Burn speed of the powder charge

6. Cleanliness of the barrel- fouled barrels are usually more accurate!!
7. Accuracy of any scope at that range. A slight miss on adjustments can result in a poorly placed shot.
