Absolutely. My proficiency with Navy firearms is a matter of record. I don't need to "brag", my DD214 does it for me. Announcing one's proficiency in firearms is not synonymous with threatening to kill the former president..

I've known a lot of men who really did serve and never heard any talk like that from any of them.
I have heard of "Valor Thief / Make Believe Snipers" making claims like yours, though.

Lol. The retard is likely talking about the expert marksman ribbon that has been given to MILLIONS in the military. I have one too (with a bronze star). It’s one of the “gimme” ribbons handed out in the military. If you went to the range 10 times in 4 years, and only shot really good on one of those times, you get the ribbon. The only people it impresses are 18-year-olds who are fresh in service. That **** ribbon doesn’t make you an “expert”. An absolute laughable claim.

It's just a statement of fact. Not a threat. If I were to point a gun at anyone at that range, pulling the trigger would result in their death. That is not threatening anyone. If I were to suggest that, if I fell asleep at the wheel of my car on a crowded street, I would undoubtedly run into people and cause harm is not me THREATENING pedestrians. Do you understand the difference, ....boy?

Well first of all, your Bronze Star wasn't just handed out. I think it speaks very highly about your character as a man.
The Expert Ribbon I never gave much thought about since the only times I went to qualify was in Basic.
After basic training my scores were just penciled in, since our daily mission was too time consuming to take days off to go to the range.
During my last year in the service, as a way to say thanks for the work I put in my Shop Officer had me and my assistant check out four rifles and a jeep trailer full of ammo then we spent the day at the range running all the ammo through those rifles until it was all gone.
Of course we had to collect all the brass. since the spent ammo was "proof" that our 200 man Equipment Maintenance Company had done the prescribed marksmanship training for that year....
It was kind of a boring detail after awhile.

I always thought most Naval vessels had magazines for storing their ordnance.
