Deal? Remember, you are in arrears that must be paid. I am not doing this on credit.

Irrelevant...that's the ATF..
But since you went there..
To what "weapon" does it refer?
You didn't answer the question*Huey » 16 Jul 2024, 5:01 pm » wrote: ↑ It says in the paragraph that you didn't did read there was a different design on the lower. I am not posting it again.
Actually, it is relevant. The BATF ( a name they returned to recently) determines whether or not a rifle is a machine-gun (general term for automatic rifles used by them) or it isn't. If it is it is classified an NFA firearm. Meaning it is difficult to get. If it isn't then it can be sold to civilians.
YOU KNOW that they compared the weapon to an M 16. Which was classified as a machine gun. They said the sporter was changed IN BASIC DESIGN AS NOT TO BE A MACHINE GUN indicating it was a different design and not designed for combat.
You have link. You have it well over 10 times. And as recently as the weekend.
I will take ST to mean you are surrendering and this argument is officially over. You lost.
Game over.

No...that is NOT what it means...obviously..were it a "different design" there would be no reference to another weapon. They said the sporter was changed IN BASIC DESIGN AS NOT TO BE A MACHINE GUN indicating it was a different design and not designed for combat.
