I have seen it.  Over and over.  What I have seen is a a kid climb on a roof. With a gun.  People pointed him out to law enforcement.  NO response.

We saw SS counter snipers facing his direction.  Why didn't shoot?  Can you answer that?  Did they see him?  Can you answer that?  

We have a report that a local cop climbed up there but got down when the shooter turned his gun on him.  What did the LEO do next?  Can you answer that? How much was there between that and the shooting?  Can yhou answer that?

What caliber was the rifle?

We have seen other witnesses who say the kid.  We have reports that there were cops in the building he entered.  What did they do?  Can you answer that.

All the video we have leads to more questions.  That is how investigations work.  I am not waiting for narrative.  I am waiting for answers.  Not speculation, Great White Internet Sleuth.

Here is my position based on those facts.  For whatever reason there was a lack of communication between Local LE who are reported by the SS as being responsible for that roof and LE who claim SS didn't do their job.
