All over the country, the skies are cross hatched with it. When I lived in Vegas, I would awaken to a clear blue sky, and before evening the entire sky would be overcast from the cross hatching of high altitude passenger jets releasing chem trails. We were right next door to a military base, but the military planes were never chemtrailing, that I ever observed. It was always the passenger jets and presumably cargo jets.

The fact that you have not observed it in cali - shocking to me, by the way, as they were doing it when I was there - does not indicate they are not doing it elsewhere in this country. They are.

What part in Cali did you live in? I only saw one chemtrail at a time in the wealthier parts of San Jose (though that might be a giveaway - "wealthier")

I was in SF for 2&1/2 and on the peninsula for another 3&1/2. They were chemtrailing when I was in the city - not nearly as much on the peninsula. I was in LA in 07 and they were busy little beavers.

Hmm, I wasn’t paying attention back in the 2000s. I was describing the last year or so. 

SF is foggy 80% of the time so I wouldn’t be surprised if chemtrailZ were dumped frequently.

They could be just playing with the weather. If you notice, after you see the criss cross sky- The day becomes more cloudy. I wouldn't be surprised if they think they can cool the planet by seeding clouds.

We must define the meaning  of "under wraps"......
A large portion of the public knows that Chemtrails are being sprayed all over North America daily because they have repeatedly observed it and know the difference between normal contrails and abnormal chemtrails.
But beyond that ....here in North America the secrets of why and to what ends  are severely kept "under wraps " and have been for decades.
Or am I wrong?

I think what rog means by "under wraps" - whether he is self-aware enough to know it or not - is "admitted to and acknowledged as 'real' by the all important MSM."

He's a consensus reality mouse, on the consensus reality wheel, toiling for consensus reality. He requires broad validation and acceptance in order to agree on the "reality" of a thing. He can only operate within the Overton window.

What rog requires for a thing to be classified as "over wraps" is for the guilty to be identified and punished. That is not going to happen.

here is a question of physics relative to your topic. Does the noon prime meridian/180 degrees longitude include England? Is not noon the halfway balance point of all temperate zones between south pole and north pole from dawn to dusk?
