I stopped watching Olympic coverage years ago when they spent so much time giving the backgrounds of the city, the life of the athletes and the endless commercials amid the promises of how they will lie telling you "we'll bring you the start of the competition after the next commercial break", only to begin again with a new spiel of boring details about how the mother of some competitor is lying in the hospital or how this athlete received racism growing up.
Not interested any longer.

Or the fact they can only gloat about US athletes when there's a whole world of them or coddling them ( Biles) when she quit, drolling on and on about her being such a brave soul, mentally challenging, blah blah blah...nauseating at best...and the arrogance of the US athletes? loathsome...
