2.  He is going to "fix" voting withthings like ID and such.

3.  He is going to end the progressive agenda.

THat is what he means by fixing "it".

Exactly… what about any of that means that Christians won’t have to vote in 2028?  Why would anyone who wants to be the leader of this great country want people to disengage from the political process?
