Joe said upfront that he would select a female of color as his VP. So your aggression toward Aryans can take a seat in the matter of Kamala being a DEI hire. She simply is one - full stop. The candidate SAID SO, before he picked her. He promised AND delivered a DEI hire.
Right. And she is a DEI hire. The question of the OP is, why is that term insulting to the people who defend it? WHY NOT EMBRACE IT? Why try to wordsmith out of it?
That's my whole point - How is it "denigrating" to call her a DEI hire?
Please - explain how acknowledging the historical fact that she was selected, fully qualified, for her race and gender is "denigrating."

4. I don't find the term insulting unless the implication is that she was chosen solely for her gender and skin color and was not otherwise as equally qualified as the tall blond Aryan quarterbacks. She checked all the boxes.... including skill set, political acumen, and chemistry.
