Why is Donnie allowed to talk to reporters?

Even his own appointees considered him a moron.

Because reporters are trying to discredit him daily. If he doesn't talk to reporters, you don't get the footage use against him to be used against him by you copy and paste as a princess of intellectual mind over matter scenarios.
