Obamacare is the gift that keeps on giving. It will continue to rise, and the increase in people on Medicaid is hurting peoples (poor people) quality of care. There are only so many doctors (mostly specialists) that accept Medicaid, and of the ones that do, most severely limit how many Medicaid patients they will accept.
