I was in San Francisco, and my wife, she says to me, "I wanna go down to the wharf on New Years Eve to watch the fire works." I tell her, let me look into that. I go to work the next day, and I say to the concierge, "My crazy *** wife wants to go down to the wharf to watch the fireworks on New Years. WTF am I gonna do?" He says, "They have a boat that goes out for 60 bucks a person, and it has a view of both Oakland and SF fireworks. Plus they give ya dinner and champagne, and there's a dance floor."
So I buy two tickets and we have the time of our lives. Very romantic.
Now, I would NEVER take MY wife to rub shoulders with thousands of nigs and other riff raff on the wharf in San Francisco - completely unable to control the environment and nothing but a bowling pin if things jump off, as things are wont. I would go, maybe, but I would NEVER subject my wife to such danger. That said, I certainly never broached the topic with her - let her live in the world of women. I just got what her desire was, and then I found a way to make it work for both of us. I did MY job - keeping her safe; - and I let her do HER job: finding **** for us to do together, and then laying on her back when we got home.
A man's world and a woman's world are different worlds. We can never be the patient, nurturing souls that it takes to be a mother, and they can never be the ruthless, calculated, moral-mathematicians that it takes to be a man. A man has to be prepared to do things of which the vast majority of women are incapable, and a woman has the capacity to do things of which the majority of men are incapable.
To go to a woman for validation of your manhood is the ULTIMATE cuck act. How the **** is a woman going to judge your manhood, if you cannot? She will there-there you and send you on your way: a mothering act.
That is what maineman's wife has become: his mother. Probably always was. He is at heart a woman himself. Or maybe I will put it on a business card. I once had a card that read, "Reasonably Corrupt Opportunist" on the top line, and beneath it read, "Have Gun, Will Travel." Then below that, my name and my phone - nothing else.
