Any organization that attempts to equate the habitual and unlawful attacks perpetrated by Hamas on Israel by launching rockets against them daily and by their massacre of over 1200 Israeli civilians on Oct. 7th with ANYTHING Israel does in response IS NOT an organization I agree with!

There was NO JUSTIFICATION WHATSOEVER for such an attack, and a Jewish hate group like the ICC who has a biased, Jew-hating Muslim leader like Khan who has been exposed by US Senators as a pro-Hamas supporter and warned by them that the US would end our support for the ICC if they continue their unjustified attempt to issue an arrest warrant for Netanyahu, should have NO AUTHORITY AND NO VOICE regarding the kind of retaliation deemed necessary by Israel.  And I'd agree with Israeli's right to do so EVEN IF THEY NUKED THE **** OUT OF HAMAS AND HEZBOLLAH!

And tell me what would you want YOUR country to do if a neighboring country entered the US and systematically brutally raped and murdered over 1200 American civilians?  Would you then also believe that an overwhelming military response against them in retaliation should be considered an illegal war crime in order to equate the two attacks?

That was a court decision adjudicated by an Israeli high court and deemed perfectly legal.
No one says that Palestinians have to agree with it, but they had to abide by it, and therefore there are no grounds for retaliation because of it.  Neither is anyone  attempting to claim that living under the occupation of a neighboring government is pleasant, but it's warranted when that country is continually attacked with missiles on a regular daily basis.

So since you too would apparently like to equate each of their actions, then show why Israel should not have retaliated after such an unprovoked civilian massacre? 

Or maybe YOU'D like a shot at answering the question,
"What would you want the US to do if they were the recipients of an unprovoked brutal attack that raped and murdered over 1200 Americans and took over a hundred hostages?  Would you not DEMAND that the US respond with overwhelming force to end such a capability just as Israel is doing?

it was not unprovoked. israel has been treating gaza like **** for years.legal is a joke. israel made the rules, the law. you have yet to prove 10/7 was unprovoked. keeping gaza an open air prison all the time laughing that they get all the money from america. so how was 10.7 unprovoked? plus biden also blocked them from complaining to the security council. the evictions were just a fraction of the atrocity of how israel treated gaza and palastine for years all the time raking fistful of dollars from the us.

israel uses the holocaust victims as a stepping stool to gain support for anything israel wants to do. so if you are going to use the word unprovoked, prove it. but you can't because you know it is a lie. I don't condone what happened on 10/7 but israel treated gaza like **** and biden blocked anyone from complaining to the security council. plus israel went into gaza, shooting anyone they wanted with no fear of  repercussions
