But what you failed to do is explain exactly what this guy did that proves he was involved in any kind of disorderly and disruptive conduct.
All I see is a guy standing outside among a throng of Trump supporters who had a permit to demonstrate, and then the same guy walking peacefully into the Capito through a wide-open door among dozens of visitors calming viewing and taking pictures inside the Capitol.
