It is a legal term. Parents are considered the legal agents of their children, able to make decisions for them. When that agency is stolen by an oppressive state from parents and given to strangers and/or the children themselves, then there is no parent between the child and the world. No one should be able to approach and interact with a child against the parents' wishes or without their knowledge and consent. A little kid discussing his/her sexual identity with an adult not his/her parent is an abomination. Making crucial, life-altering medical decisions without a parent's involvement is exercising adult agency, but without the adult capacities requisite for such agency.

I debunk every reality in humanity for the one I have that surpasses so many in her generation gap. As I practice it here. People of character rather die for their socially scripted title in society, my daughter uses her brain to navigate between all sorts of social consensuses that distort actual time being alive.
