I have NO IDEA what evidence GA authorities believe they have that would prove to a jury the dad knew or ought to have known his kid was a fruit basket. That's why I have no strong opinion on the matter. I DO know that I don't trust the state to refrain from political prosecutions - we saw those in the cases of george floyd, the Kenosh Kid, George Zimmerman, and Donald J. Milhouse Trump.
That said, I reserve judgment awaiting further information. If I had to bet, my money would go to the wager that this child was manipulated by alphabet agencies to do what he did, and that going after the dad is a political prosecution NOT designed to punish a genuine transgression or to mollify the public, but to inflame it - to set one citizen against another in vitriolic opposition on a hot-button issue, with the aim and intention of tearing this nation apart.

I'm not saying school shootings are a good thing, but maybe some good can come out of it? For example, we can finally grab the guns of law abiding citizens, making the public more compliant as the police state grows bolder and deadlier? The next time the deep state wants us to take an experimental drug, by golly, they'll find an unarmed populace a heck of a lot easier to poison.
