I would also add the surging demand for BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) will continue to shrink white collars - BPO growth rate currently at 7-9% CAGR
If we (CORRECTLY) assume a zero sum game, as FOS has known all along, that 7-9% CAGR translates to 4-6% white job collar decay rate per year for American citizens
