If that was really her claim, all she had to do at the debate was say that she was wrong to sponsor a bill that SHE SAID would MAKE PRIVATE INSURANCE ILLEGAL!
But she couldn't do that could she, because she wants to have it both ways.

Child care is parent's/child's ancestry's responsibility, not governments. Nothing says local areas cannot set up institutions to have ways to care for children that lose parents as those exist in foster care and church groups already existing.
