I remember when the wife would tell me what it took to let someone go in the county court system...6 months minimum documentation with verbal and written warnings, training, etc...and sometimes the union still won...

The only thing worse than unions protecting incompetent workers is the Biden/Harris administration refusing to hold anyone federal workers accountable for his idiotic plan for withdrawal from Afghanistan that resulted in 13 Marines getting murdered along with hundreds of allies who we left there to suffer torture and death at the hands of the Taliban.  And that's likely because every one of his staff TOLD HIM IN ADVANCE how the Biden plan would fail!

Trump was exactly right in the debate when he admitted firing incompetent staff working for him while Biden hadn't fired a soul despite his many massive plan failures.

I watched most of it last night.  Haven't seen closing statements.  Trump was jumping around like crazy and she did not answer a direct question but did keep reminding she was a prosecutor.  But we are not voting for a prosecutor.  We still do not know what her policies will be.  The moderators were biased.

NOt sure how either side can say their candidate won.

Putin won. Iran won. America lost.

America only supplied weapons, could be some American citizens volunteered their personal time to fight like Taipan would do since he was a mercenary for hire.
