Regardless what we think at the time, that rating changes as policies mature and world opinions settle.
I have no doubt at all our current administration has done way more harm than good domestically and internationally.
I also have confidence that world leaders see the administration just as feeble and feckless, ally or not.
Can the next administration turn a lot of that around? I believe it can but we citizens play a very significant role.
