Years ago I was sent into a low income apartment house in Portland to install a fire alarm system. 4 floors, dozens of units per floor and it was 90% occupied by Pajeets.
Everywhere you walked in that building the stank  of rancid curry fried food and B.O was enough to gag a maggot.
Talk about incentive to just get in and work as fast as possible to get the job finished and inspected...!!

Caucasians are meant to feel guilty and less worthwhile worldwide.
Our white populations are not keeping pace with the browner humans.
Less incentive to raise a family in ****.

Just plain overwhelming numbers.
Pockets are like that all over. Some significant places (WH) get noticed more.
