Despite Cops and The Violence nobody goes to "Jail" either..

This is sad The Milwaukee County Sherriffs Office used to Run the Largest Prison in Franklin until the late 1990s..

House Of Correctitions while a "County Run Facility" on Farmland in Franklin Wisconsin holds 3 thousand Inmates double Razor Wire Fences & Dogs "Sheppards' patrolling the "Perimiter"..

Wisconsin State Prisons aint that "Tough" even Maximum Security..

That said most Wisconsin Department Of Corrections Facilities arw way Up North in the Middle Of "No-Where" too
