EVERY MONTH that the inflation rate is above the 1.4% that President Trump left office with IS AN INCREASE IN INFLATION!
You DO NOT get to force inflation to over 9%, and then claim it's going down at each quarter-point it goes lower each month, you fool! Inflation is a cumulative total THAT CONTINUALLY RAISES PRICES TO THE COUNTRY EVERY MONTH!
