- Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT): Estonia is a party to this agreement, which it supports as a key instrument for global peace and security
- Arms Trade Treaty: Estonia has signed and ratified this agreement, and is working to strengthen its implementation
- International Code of Conduct against Ballistic Missile Proliferation (HCoC): Estonia is a party to this agreemen
