No one gives a **** what Herman says, Tampon Tim won't get rid of the image.. that must be why Kamala chose him, it can't have been easy to find a VP who is even more insane than she is but he does a good job of diverting the attention from her own 'qualifications'...

What does this Minnesota law require of schools?

The law, which took effect Jan. 1, requires schools to provide access to menstrual products such as pads, tampons or other similar period products, "in restrooms regularly used by students in grades 4 to 12 according to a plan developed by the school district."

As adopted, the law does not distinguish by sex or gender. It says the products "must be available to all menstruating students."This means transgender boys and nonbinary students — who might menstruate and are permitted to use boys’ restrooms — must also have access to the menstrual products.

That does not mean menstrual products must be stocked in boys’ restrooms, legal experts told PolitiFact.
"As written the law does not require products to be put in men’s restrooms," said Lacey Gero, director of government relations at the Alliance for Period Supplies, a nonprofit organization.

"The law leaves it up to the local school districts to create a plan for providing products in restrooms, but does not specify which restrooms."

Some states with similar laws specify that period products should be provided only in girls’ restrooms, said Suzanne Herman, a lawyer and legal director at Period Law, a legal group that advocates making menstrual products free. Minnesota does not.

"It’s more inclusive than other laws, but it certainly doesn’t mandate that they be in all boys’ restrooms," Herman said of Minnesota’s law.

Hmmmmmm....
Yes, transgender boys are allowed in boys' locker rooms in Minnesota:
  • Minnesota law
Minnesota law requires schools to allow transgender students to use the same restrooms and locker rooms as other students, and to align with their gender identity.
  • Court ruling
The Minnesota Court of Appeals ruled in 2020 that it's unlawful to force transgender students to use locker rooms that don't match their gender identity. The ruling came after the Minnesota Department of Human Rights joined a lawsuit against the Anoka-Hennepin School District.
  • Minneapolis Public Schools
The Minneapolis Public Schools Board has a gender inclusion policy that ensures students have access to locker rooms and restrooms that match their gender identity.

prove it. He signed a law that might not make it required, but if somebody sues the school district, they will win and that district will be forced to comply. And as **** crazy most of the liberal school boards are, I would be very surprised if there are not.

it is LAW in other lefty States. Tampon Tim had the law written vague without mandating it, but if some liberal fruitcake in MN wants them in the boys room, they school will have to comply. If ANYONE asks that tampon dispensers be put in the boys room, the school will have to comply or be sued.

this fruitcake got a GOP amendment struck down that said "Female" restrooms. So you tell me......According to a Patch.com article "A Republican-backed amendment to add the word "female" to the bill failed in committee.
