Outside of the Capitol building, a mass of people—including those who had traveled to Washington and the Capitol at the defendant's direction—broke through barriers cordoning off the Capitol grounds and advanced on the building. Among these was [CO-CONSPIRATOR #5], who had attended the defendant's speech from the Washington Monument, marched with the crowd to the Capitol, and breached the restricted area surrounding the building. A large portion of the crowd at the Capitol - including rioters who violently attacked law enforcement officers trying to secure the building - wore clothing and carried items bearing the defendant's name and Campaign slogans, leaving no doubt that they were there on his behalf and at his direction.

Beginning at about 1:30 p.m., the defendant settled in the dining room off of the Oval Office. He spent the afternoon there reviewing Twitter on his phone, while the dining room television played Fox News' contemporaneous coverage of events at the Capitol.

At 2:13 p.m., the crowd at the Capitol broke into the building, and forced the Senate to recess.  Within minutes, staffers fled the Senate chamber carrying the legitimate electors' physical certificates of vote and certificates of ascertainment.Next to the Senate chamber, a group of rioters chased a U.S. Capitol Police officer up a flight of stairs to within forty feet of where Pence was sheltering with his family.  As they did so, the rioters shouted at the officer, in search of public officials, "Where the **** they at? Where the **** they counting the votes at? Why are you protecting them? You're a **** traitor."   

On the other side of the Capitol, the House was also forced to recess.

Makes you swell with civic pride, doesn't it?

As many as 17% of those who voted for Biden might have chosen differently had they been given fair media coverage leading up to the election. Alleged election malfeasance aside, the establishment media, played a large part in interfering with the election. But millions were unaware of Biden’s scandals and extreme positions, meaning the censorship campaign to hide information about Biden was a success.

 Newsbusters noted the media’s decision to openly run interference for Biden “meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted.” A post-election poll revealed that once made aware of Biden’s scandalous candidacy, many Democrat voters might have buyer’s remorse, Newsbusters reported. “We tested these voters’ knowledge of 8 news stories — all important topics the liberal news media failed to cover properly. We found 82% of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with 5% saying they were unaware of all 8 of the issues we tested,”. The poll found 35.4% of Biden voters were unaware of credible sexual assault allegations against him.

Even fewer Biden voters, 45.1%, knew about the Hunter scandal, which implicates Biden himself. Had those voters been aware, 9.4% of them would have defected.

When evaluating the response of Biden’s voters to stories which they were unaware, “our poll found 17% of Biden’s voters would have changed their vote if they had been aware of one or more of these important stories.” Add the media’s interference with the censorship of conservatives on social media, the fix was in. The media watchdog concluded that had it not been for the media’s campaign of censorship, Trump would have won every battleground state and cruised to re-election garnering 311 votes to Biden’s 227.
