None of the reports give any specifics as to what sort of electronic tampering  was done by Tina and her partners.
Examining  the programming and the contents of the voting machines is not tampering. 
Why wasn't Arizona Sheriff Ron Penzone [a Soros Open Borders puppet] sentenced to 9 years in prison for refusing to surrender several Dominion voting machines that had already been subpoenaed for forensic inspection...?
