nope. and the churches take full advantage. they are in the business of making money and not so much saving souls and they want any  money  to go the churches not to charity.

now there are some churches that give more to charity but these are few and far between.

and? they are deceived by the churches that they do not have to do works, give to charity.

they can walk by and see a baby drown, do nothing and still think they will go to heaven.

I do and what I understand equally applies in every universal position occupying time today regardless combination of periodic elements or ancestral chromosomes to numbers living here so far.
