Who ever made such an idiotic claim that US oil MUST be used in this country?*JohnEdgarSlowHorses » 25 Oct 2024, 10:15 am » wrote: ↑ GUMMY...
Shell USA, Inc. is the United States–based wholly owned subsidiary of Shell plc, a UK-based transnational corporation "oil major" which is among the largest oil companies in the world.
If you want to tell that UK-based transnational corporation that oil "procured" from "US land" has to stay in the USA, what do YOU believe they are going to say?
they going to say "pound sand Gummy" we gunna do what we want with OUR oil.
so Gummy, who owns that oil?

No...stop.Zeets2 » 25 Oct 2024, 10:16 am » wrote: ↑ So what does THAT prove, you idiot?
No one is claiming that Biden and Harris didn't lie repeatedly about stopping drilling and fracking for oil in the US, but gullible fools like you don't give a **** how many lies they tell to dopes like you?
Maybe you should use that muddled brain of yours to ask yourself how come we're paying 50% more for gas today then we were under Trump, EVEN THOUGH WE'RE PRODUCING MORE OIL NOW?
Care to hazard a guess, nitwit?
Gummy, why you so bitter?Zeets2 » 25 Oct 2024, 10:22 am » wrote: ↑ So how come you sold it?
Didn't it meet all the promises that the idiots you voted for gave you which you still believe?
Or do you suddenly not care about the planet any longer (which ONLY liberal dopes like you believe) when you learned that it cost you more money, was undependable, and not worth what you spent for it?

No, you idiot, IT WOULD NOT!
Just because there are existing contracts in place to import oil from foreign countries DOES NOT MEAN that we wouldn't have sufficient oil and gas FOR ALL OUR NEEDS if it were necessary to cut off those imports for any reason. When we have the capacity to EXPORT a greater volume of oil than we IMPORT, THAT is energy independence, and not the idiotic "metric" a Trump hater like you prefers to accept!
You can export whatever you want, asshole!*JohnEdgarSlowHorses » 25 Oct 2024, 11:04 am » wrote: ↑ Who says I can't "export" my oil? the floor is yours Gummy.

It's just a fact that counting the amount of oil we export ADDS TO THE TOTAL THAT MAKES US ENERGY INDEPENDENT!
You have to be an imbecile not to understand that!
It's not bitterness, it's exasperation caused by those like you who are too ignorant to grasp simple facts.*JohnEdgarSlowHorses » 25 Oct 2024, 11:02 am » wrote: ↑ Gummy, why you so bitter?
I seldom used it. It was a GREAT vehicle. Nissan Leaf if you are interested in an EV. Not one problem at all.
Sold my electric motorcycle as well. Gummy, I have NEVER owned a new vehicle in my entire life. I buy used.
Let the first owner take the depreciation.
I got a cyclocross bicycle. I am training for a big event in Louisville in December. Wish me luck![]()
Do you exercise GUMMY? You a "couch potato" ? Can you touch your toes? Can you see your toes?
@BooRadley is a fat slob. She wears a moo moo.
I assure you, I couldn't care any less about what YOU want to export as long as you stop lying about the FACT that President Trump MADE US ENERGY INDEPENDENT!*JohnEdgarSlowHorses » 25 Oct 2024, 11:24 am » wrote: ↑ "Just because there are existing contracts in place to import oil from foreign countries DOES NOT MEAN that we wouldn't have sufficient oil and gas FOR ALL OUR NEEDS if it were necessary to cut off those imports for any reason. OK, you cut them off GUMMY. Don't ask me not to export my oil for ANY reason including NATIONAL EMERGENCY.

The simple fact my LEAF EV was trouble-free and terrific?Zeets2 » 25 Oct 2024, 11:26 am » wrote: ↑ It's not bitterness, it's exasperation caused by those like you who are too ignorant to grasp simple facts.
And no, at 70, I'm unable to exercise any longer due to the severe limitations from the numerous surgeries I've had getting 3 hip replacements, kidney surgery, a pacemaker that caused months of complications, a double hernia repair, 4 hip dislocations, a detached retina, arthritis of the spine, and severe hip bursitis that I suffer with every day. But I can assure you, I was a terrific athlete and played ball until I was 58 and won more trophies than I can fit in my several trophy cases. I've sold off all 5 of the businesses and the factory I owned and retired at the beginning of this year.
Any other questions you have I'll be happy to answer.
