FYI, Puerto Ricans cannot vote in the General Election for anyone......they have no Electoral Delegates.
From the tone of your response, I would like to ask...."What's the problem"?
Considering the fact (except for the vote of the electoral college) every election held in every US state and territory is a state (territory) and/or local election, they most certainly can vote in general elections. Additionally, native Puerto Ricans with a permanent residence in one of the 50 states can vote in the general election and help decide which electors will represent their state of residence. If you had read my post carefully, you would have noticed I clearly stated PR doesn't have electoral college votes. Obviously, it they don't have electoral representation, the POTUS vote is not included o their general election ballot.
