Why is it you aren't adult and mature enough to admit that? There is no disgrace in acknowledging something that is fact.
Stop yapping and answer the question.*Huey » 08 Nov 2024, 12:21 pm » wrote: ↑ I mean show where i said "2020" is irrelevant. Are you stupid? As matter of fact, I argued that because Harris was running in both races it was very relevant.
The date of the article is the same as the date written on the stamp that is in the upper right corner of the verdict form...5/9/2023. If you actually looked at the link, you would have known that and wouldn't ask another stupid *** question.Blackvegetable » 08 Nov 2024, 12:19 pm » wrote: ↑ Post the date of your article.
Post the date of my citation.
Don't oblige me to put that in question form.
I don't care about your uninformed opinion, just stipulate to the fact.ConsRule » 08 Nov 2024, 12:26 pm » wrote: ↑ The date of the article is the same as the date written on the stamp that is in the upper right corner of the verdict form...5/9/2023. The date of your citation is completely irrelevant has it has no bearing under law...just as I said.
When you publicly acknowledge the actual jury verdict and admit they DID NOT FIND HIM GUILTY OF RAPE, I will answer more questions from you on the subject.Blackvegetable » 08 Nov 2024, 12:24 pm » wrote: ↑ No, he isn't.
Stop yapping the same uninformed **** over and over, Pilgrim.
WHY did the judge clarify?
The fact is clearly stated on the jury form. I have repeatedly stipulated to their finding on fact. The judges comments were his opinion and not based on NY law at the time of the incident, trial, verdict and article.Blackvegetable » 08 Nov 2024, 12:27 pm » wrote: ↑ I don't care about your uninformed opinion, just stipulate to the fact.

You insist he isn't.
I bet your life in that closet has been a real struggle.
You posted opinion. The jury verdict is the fact....nothing else.Blackvegetable » 08 Nov 2024, 1:13 pm » wrote: ↑ This isn't about me.
It's about facts that you are either too dim, or dishonest, to acknowledge.
I'm accepting the presiding judge's opinion, not yours.ConsRule » 08 Nov 2024, 1:32 pm » wrote: ↑ You posted opinion. The jury verdict is the fact....nothing else.
As I said, you are not adult or mature enough to accept and acknowledge the jury verdict.

I can tell you why you are wrong but it requires that you acknowledge and accept certain indisputable facts.
Your persistence in refusing to do so makes any exchange with you a complete waste of my time.
The opinion has no legal authority. I challenge you to provide a link to the official ruling o fany type court, in any jurisdiction in any county on earth where the verdict finds Trump guilty of rape. That is fact...links to articles where people (even those of people involved in the trial) say something different than the official verdict are not fact.Blackvegetable » 08 Nov 2024, 1:39 pm » wrote: ↑ I'm accepting the presiding judge's opinion, not yours.

I realize you will not do this. You will probably come up with some whiny *** liberal reason not to do so. It will just be more proof that you are not, in the least, interested in fact and only focus on partisan liberal talking points, deflection and personal attack.

Then demonstrate it. Post a link to the official verdict from any type court, in any jurisdiction in any country on earth that rules Trump guilty of rape.
Not only are you completely, and demonstrably, wrong, but the entire matter of the judge's clarification is another monument to the staggering stupidity of Grifty...ConsRule » 08 Nov 2024, 2:00 pm » wrote: ↑ The opinion has no legal authority.
