You voted for the guy who got his *** handed to him in a debate, to the point that his party convinced him to drop out.  You than voted for a women who just got her *** handed to her in the general.  By the same buy whom you dubbed worse than Buchanan.  

He is going to end up with over 300 electoral votes.  If he wins both NV and AZ he will have 312.  He also has a mandate with the popular vote.  Harris was Trump's best asset.

Work credentials in NYC for the big projects are heavily monitored and have always been that way.
Trump was obviously taken by surprise once he realized what the situation was
In your magic fairy world Trump was willing to risk massive fines and default on project deadlines by trying to save a few bucks on Illegal  scab labor.
The bigger the job, the more you will find COMPLIANCE OFFICERS crawling every inch of those projects and checking your credentials  on a daily basis.
