Hey, dumb ****.  Sexual assault and rape are separate charges.  It's exactly like someone on trial for killing someone.  The jury can find they did not commit murder, but did commit manslaughter.  The same victim is still dead because of the same act, the defendant just committed a lesser offense.

Libel is publishing a false statement about someone.  Didn't they cover that while you were attending Brown's Auto Shop and Institute of Higher Education?
