Not this **** again.

May I too declare them "irrelevant" and refuse?

Now watch...

Yes.
I promise, these questions will be relevant to the determination of the verdict.

In a jury trial, regardless of the type of court, who is responsible for rendering the verdict...the judge or the jury?

Good.  Just to make sure I understand, we have agreed that (1) there was a jury in the Trump-Carroll trial and (2) in a trial involving a jury, the jury is responsible for reaching the verdict.

Now...on the jury verdict form in the link below, how did the jury answer question 1?

Perfect.  That means no jury, of any kind in any court anywhere on earth has found Trump committed rape.  Exactly like I said.

You see, the jury was using NY Penal Law (as they were required to do), but Kaplan decided to use a dictionary and other codes until he found a reason to call it rape.  The odd part is, the appeal was about the judgement and, because they found Trump did not commit rape, none of the award was related to rape.  Kaplan could have simply made that point and still denied the motion.

Gee...I wonder why a liberal judge would go through the trouble of lying about a jury verdict against the presidential nominee of the republican party and search until he found something to support the lie when it wasn't necessary? No need to answer, that was a rhetorical question.

Wrong.

Because the jury DID return a verdict in favor of the plaintiff.

On what allegation did the jury vote "Yes"?

Once again, you are trying to deflect.  I am ONLY talking about the rape issue.  Do they not have a definition of rape in that OED you love to brag about having?

It wouldn't be "odd" if you bothered to read on what specific grounds Team Grifty appealed...
Kaplan could have simply made that point and still denied the motion.
He owed a rationale for denying the motion. Unfortunately for Grifty, he paid big money for his lawyers to invite Kaplan to make the jury's point.

No...you are yapping about the jury being determinant....but you don't want to talk about its verdict.

Sure.  The jury verdict did not say he raped her.

YOU don't want to discuss what the jury determined.  YOU want to discuss the judges interpretation.
